2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, leakage, usage, and product integrity reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged once sold, opened, used, or accepted.

3. Clearance Sale & Discounted Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

If your request is approved, King Vape Pakistan may offer an exchange, replacement, or store credit depending on product availability and issue type.

  • Store credit may be offered for future purchases where appropriate.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise confirmed by our team.

6. When We Cannot Accept Returns

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, opened, modified, repaired, damaged, or mishandled.
  • The product is missing original packaging, accessories, parts, labels, seals, or invoice.
  • The item has been damaged due to water, heat, extreme temperature, physical damage, or incorrect usage.

7. Return Shipping & Packing

If you are asked to send a product back, please pack it securely to avoid damage during return shipping.

  • Return shipping damage due to poor packing may affect approval.
